Ambassador Lead Community Pages

Creating fan forums safe from abuse and bullying for sports fans from 12+

Super Fan International offers a broad range of services to cater for most sporting desires and continues to expand and develop additional sporting services in new sporting sectors.

Our primary focus is to create safe environments for fans to connect and exchange views whilst ensuring there is little or no danger of online abuse. Growing these fan lead communities opens multiple opportunities for our business to create extensive fan engagement.

We have invested in sporting software development focused only on niche markets known to be popular with sporting consumers. I am a sports fan, but just like most people I have a favourite team. In many cases people are born with that passion which comes from their parents. I am sure many people agree that bullying online is unacceptable and social media companies could do a lot more to help in this regard.

We have built a platform over the last few years based on 3 clear objectives

  • A safe environment to chat to like-minded fans without the risk of bullying, abuse or unacceptable behaviour online.
  • A fan page full of real time relevant information about their team.
  • A fantasy sports product with a unique difference.

Fan Hubs

The Super Fan International community fan hub is an ideal forum for advertisers and sponsors. It allows advertisers and sponsors to get direct access to closed groups and this type of online platform attracts consistent targeted marketing.  Community hub ambassadors can also play a vital part in helping to grow adverising revenue.

  • Promotion of their community fan hub increases hub members and therefore becomes more attractive to advertisers and sponsors. Super Fan International have a dedicated team to attract new and repeat advertisers.
  • As ambassadors participate in a revenue share on all income attracted by the community hub, this incentivises hub ambassadors to proactively seek out advertisers and sponsors.
  • By forming strong relationships with the clubs, ambassadors can acquire prizes for each game week Super fan competition to further engage fans.

There is no limit to the number of sponsors and advertisers that can appear on each community hub and there is a choice of locations.

  • Main club community hub
  • Fan Forum
  • Competition area
  • Blogging area

All of these attract different audiences for advertisers to consider.

Fan Forums

This is the equivalent of a private social media group where all group members can safely message, exchange ideas, make arrangements, upload pictures and videos. To further enhance fan safety and to protect minors, there are anti-bullying and child safety filters which block certain words or phrases.

There is a clear disclaimer at the top of the fan page warning of the consequences of inappropriate chat content.

A fantastic forum to enjoy football banter with your friends and fellow supporters. The forum not only embraces safe messaging to protect young fans, but also promotes the club with data feeds to keep fans updated with events in real time.

The forum also provides a great upportunity for local businesses and companies or individuals who provide niche products or services. Advertisers can post adverts on fan forums and know with certainty the passion of the audience

Community Club Pages

All of the football clubs playing in the main divisions in England and Scotland have community fan hubs. Once an Ambassador is appointed the fan community hub can be set to Live. Clubs outside the main leagues can also have their own community hub on request. (example below)

Once a community fan base is established and an Ambassador is appointed to look after the day to day running of the community hub. They will have the facility to upload images and videos, blogs and vlogs, as well as match reports. The Ambassador can appoint fans to facilitate the production of some content items. • Full support for our Ambassadors supporting their local area network
  • Advanced reports on your advertising and sponsorship revenue

10 Years In The Making

We created the first young fan-friendly community back in 2015, developing an algorithm to detect bullying and anti-social behaviour. The success of this encouraged us to continue development of this service.

Today, we have a team of technicians constantly improving our community based sports platform to encourage friendly and supportive communication on a 'fan to fan' basis. To spread love not hate, encouragement not fear. This is our mission. To make the sports fan sector a better place for all.
